General
We build and renovate homes, multi-family buildings, offices, retail units and light industrial facilities. Projects range from single-room remodels to multi-storey commercial buildings.
Our teams work within roughly 60 miles of our main office. For larger commercial and industrial projects we regularly work further afield. Get in touch and we will confirm availability for your location.
Yes. We hold all licences required for general contracting in our region and carry full public liability, employer's liability and contract works insurance. Certificates are provided with every proposal.
Pricing and contracts
After a free site survey, our estimators price every element of the work using current supplier and subcontractor rates. You receive an itemised, fixed-price proposal, usually within ten business days.
Every change is priced and scheduled before any work starts. Nothing is added to your invoice unless you have approved a written change order first.
Payments are linked to clearly defined milestones, such as completion of foundations or the roof. You only pay for work that has been completed and inspected.
Process and timeline
A kitchen or bathroom remodel usually takes four to eight weeks, a home extension three to six months and a new family home nine to fourteen months. Commercial projects are programmed individually.
Yes. We prepare permit drawings and applications, liaise with the local authority and book all statutory inspections as part of our service.
In most cases, yes. We plan the work in phases, seal off work areas from living spaces and clean up every day. For whole-house renovations we will tell you honestly if moving out for a few weeks is the better option.
Your project manager sends a weekly report with photos, progress against the schedule, upcoming decisions and any issues. You can also book a site walkthrough at any time.
Warranty and aftercare
Every project includes a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year structural warranty. Manufacturer warranties for installed products are passed on to you at handover.
Our aftercare team handles all warranty requests. Contact the office by phone or email, and we will arrange an inspection, usually within five business days.
